Oren D. Leff serves as General Counsel for Global Ordnance. He is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and accomplished defense, national security, and legal executive with more than 27 years of experience spanning air and space operations, operational and international law, government contracts and acquisitions, cross border logistics and supply chain management, intelligence oversight, unmanned aerial systems, space and satellite missions, and strategic organizational change.

Throughout his distinguished military career, Oren deployed five times in support of joint and international operations, including assignments in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other complex operational environments. He held senior legal and strategic leadership positions across the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Air Force, and NATO, providing counsel and strategic guidance on complex national security, military, and international matters.

Following his retirement from the United States Air Force, Oren continued to leverage his extensive defense and national security expertise through consulting roles with Videri Consulting & Advisory Services and Lexpat Global Services. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law and International Relations, teaching graduate level courses in national security law, international human rights, armed conflict, and global political challenges.

His academic and professional work reflects a commitment to strengthening legal institutions, advancing international partnerships, and helping organizations navigate complex national security, legal, and geopolitical environments.

Oren holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and Geological Sciences from Lehigh University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air War College and Air Command and Staff College and holds certifications as a FINRA Arbitrator and Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.

Oren is eligible for a Top Secret security clearance and brings extensive international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

As General Counsel, Oren reports directly to Marc Morales and provides senior level legal counsel and strategic guidance to the organization. In this role, he oversees the company's legal strategy and supports the business in navigating complex legal, regulatory, contractual, and risk management matters while ensuring the company's interests and objectives are effectively protected and advanced.
