Marc Morales

Mr. Morales is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Veteran-Owned Business, Global Ordnance, LLC (GO), and its subsidiary, Global Military Products (GMP). GO was established in 2013 and serves government and commercial customers in the defense and national security markets. GO primarily supplies the U.S. Government and its allies with Non-Standard Weapons and Munitions to various locations around the world.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Global Ordnance, Mr. Morales is responsible for the lifecycle of domestic and international defense contracts his company executes, including supplier interaction and the capture of new business. Throughout his career, including with his own company, he has successfully led and executed major defense programs since 2002. Mr. Morales has played a key role in securing significant Department of Defense contracts, using his nearly thirty years of industry experience, expertise, and leadership in guiding Global Ordnance’s successes.

A major milestone in this success was the 2019 acquisition of Chemring Military Products, Inc., which was renamed Global Military Products, Inc. (GMP). As an ISO 9001:2015 certified defense prime contractor, GMP’s primary customers include the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Military Allies, and other defense contractors. Under Mr. Morales’s leadership, GMP has expanded its organizational structure, processes, and technical capabilities to manage complex military systems programs such as the NORA 155mm Mobile Howitzer, various energetic materials, and the Scorpion 81mm/120mm Mortar Weapon System.

In addition to growing his work with the U.S. Government and its allies, Mr. Morales led GO into the U.S. Sporting and Firearms Commercial Market. This included the importation, sale, and distribution of small caliber ammunition and firearms for the U.S. Commercial Market.

Mr. Morales has over 30 years of experience working in the defense industry, which includes combat vehicle systems integration, weapon system design and integration, and international business development. He has a strong background in program management, engineering, and finance, having served as the Drivetrain Lead Engineer for the Advanced Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAAV) program, Director of International Business Development at General Dynamics Land Systems and General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Vice President at MECAR USA, and President of his own company.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Sciences/Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University, and completed the 10-week Advanced Program Manager’s Course at Ft. Belvoir.

Together with his wife Carrie, Mr. Morales plays a significant role in charitable initiatives, making contributions and volunteering time to support The Payton Wright Foundation and other organizations.
