Mr. Dilley is responsible for managing the daily operations of the commercial division of Global Ordnance. Mr. Dilley coordinates the receiving, consolidation and delivery of items related to government, military, and law enforcement contracts. He also oversees the Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Compliance, Importing and Marketing pieces with the Commercial Divisions.

Prior to joining Global Ordnance in 2017, Mr. Dilley was an integral member of the United States Secret Service. He started his career with the Secret Service in 1999 and was soon recognized for his valor with the Distinguished Service Award presented by the Office of the President of the United States of America in 2001 while serving under the Presidential Protection Division. Mr. Dilley's Secret Service career spanned a total of 18 years where he held various operational positions, as an instructor training personnel in numerous special operations and tactical courses as well as specializing in testing and evaluating firearms and equipment.

Mr. Dilley has held numerous clearances and certifications throughout his career with the Illinois Law Enforcement and the U.S. Secret Service.
