Mrs. Morales currently serves as Vice President of Global Ordnance (GO) and President of Global Military Products, Inc. (GMP). She oversees internal operations and concentrates much of her time on human resources and payroll controls, including talent acquisition and retention, employee benefits, general operations, safety, and risk management. Focusing on process control and continual improvement, some of her primary responsibilities include staff development and performance analysis, as well as evaluating internal hard and soft systems for general operations efficiency and long term growth of the organization.

Prior to GO/GMP, Mrs. Morales spent 17 years in the outdoor furniture industry, expanding her career through various positions at domestic manufacturing company Windward Design Group, Inc. (WDG). Ultimately, as Executive Vice President, Mrs. Morales was the face of the company, with the department heads of sales, marketing, procurement, customer service, IT, human resources, and accounting reporting directly to her.

International vendor and customer relations were integral to her success at WDG, allowing the company’s national distribution base and net earnings to flourish, even through a major domestic recession.

Early in her career, Mrs. Morales also spent several years as a human resources software developer and implementation consultant and served as an HR Subject Matter Expert for the small to mid sized business division of Authoria, Inc.
