our history

Built on Relationships. Proven Through Execution.

Global Military Products' story is rooted in decades of defense acquisition experience, international relationships, and an understanding of complex global supply networks. What began with access to difficult-to-source defense equipment has developed into a global organization supporting mission-critical requirements for U.S. and allied customers.

THE FOUNDATION
From the Air Force Academy to Defense Procurement

Our CEO Marc Morales graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1994. That experience provided an early understanding of defense procurement, customer requirements, and the complexities involved in getting critical equipment where it is needed.

01
BUILDING THE NETWORK
Relationships That Created Global Access

Following his military service, Morales began developing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers across Eastern Europe and other international defense markets. Those relationships created access to defense equipment, arms, and ammunition that could be difficult to source through traditional channels. That international network would ultimately become one of the organization's most important differentiators.

02
GLOBAL EXPANSION
Supporting U.S Requirements From Access to Mission Support

As the network expanded, the company supported U.S. defense requirements involving internationally manufactured and non-standard equipment. The organization developed experience navigating suppliers, procurement, transportation, and delivery across complex international programs.

03
A PIVOTAL MOMENT
Foresight, Relationships & Readiness

As the mission in Afghanistan came to an end, the defense environment shifted rapidly. Drawing on years of international relationships and market knowledge, the organization repositioned resources and anticipated growing demand for critical defense materiel in Europe. As the war in Ukraine drove unprecedented demand and placed pressure on global ammunition supply, the company invested in production capacity across its international supplier network. Those early decisions positioned the organization to respond to emerging requirements at a time when critical munitions and manufacturing capacity were increasingly constrained.

04
CONTINUED GROWTH
A Global Family of Specialized Businesses

As the organization grew, it expanded into a family of specialized businesses serving defense, commercial, aviation, and international markets. This broader structure brought together focused expertise while extending the organization's reach across the global defense and supply landscape. Today, Global Military Products operates within this network, supporting defense customers through global sourcing, program management, systems integration, and logistics. The principle that helped build the organization remains central today: relationships create access. GMP's international network of manufacturers, suppliers, and partners helps customers address complex requirements that can be difficult to fulfill through conventional supply channels.
